Connexus Travel World Cup 2026 Promotional Offers

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the promotional offers provided by Connexus Travel for existing and newly onboarded corporate clients.

By participating in these promotions, involved parties agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Promotion Period
The promotional period commences on 01 May 2026 and concludes on 30 June 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

2. Promotional Offers
Eligible corporate clients may participate in the following offers during the Promotion Period:

Offer 1: Existing Client Booking Reward
Existing Connexus Travel clients who complete a qualified corporate travel booking of HKD $25,000 or more (hotel & flights combined) will be eligible to redeem one (1) World Cup 2026 VIP Gift Set.

Offer 2: Client Referral Incentive
Existing Connexus Travel clients (the "Referrer") who refer a new corporate client (the "Referee") will receive two (2) World Cup 2026 VIP Gift Sets, provided the Referee successfully onboards and completes qualified transactions totaling a minimum of HKD $25,000 (hotel & flights combined) within their first two (2) months.

Offer 3: New Client Welcome Offer
New corporate clients who open an account with Connexus Travel and complete qualified transactions totaling a minimum of HKD $25,000 (hotel & flights combined) within their first two (2) months of onboarding will be eligible to receive one (1) World Cup 2026 VIP Gift Set.3.

3. Transaction & Booking Requirements
To qualify for any of the aforementioned offers, bookings must adhere to the following strict criteria:

Minimum Spend & Structure:
The transaction must amount to a minimum of HKD $25,000.
Furthermore, the qualifying amount must be completed within a single (1) booking and must consist of both a flight and a hotel reservation made through Connexus Travel.

Existing Client Timelines:
For Offer 1, only bookings made between 01 May 2026 and 30 June 2026 will be considered valid.
Any previous bookings made prior to 01 May 2026 will not qualify for the promotional gift set.

New Client/Referral Timelines:
For Offers 2 and 3, the Referee/New Client's two-month transaction period will commence from the official date they onboard with Connexus Travel and are issued a formal company profile number.

4. Referral Data and Consent Requirements
For all referrals submitted under Offer 2, the following conditions apply:

Consent:
The Referrer must obtain explicit prior consent from the Referee before sharing their personal and corporate information with Connexus Travel.

Required Information:
A valid referral submission must include the Referee's full name, company name, job title, corporate email address, and contact phone number.

Right to Contact:
By submitting a referral, the Referrer acknowledges and agrees that Connexus Travel reserves the right to directly contact the Referee regarding corporate travel management services and this promotional offer.

5. Redemption Process and Locations
Qualification Notification:
To qualify for redemption, eligible clients/new customer must email sales@connexustravel.com with their corresponding booking details or referral information.

Collection Venues & Dates:
Authorised redemptions must be pre-arranged collection in person at the designated centers during the specified dates:
From 01 May 2026 to 07 May 2026:
Redemption Center: L1, Metal Zone, Elements, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

From 08 May 2026 to 30 June 2026:
Redemption Center: Connexus Travel Office, Suite 402, Level 4, Festival Walk Tower, 80 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong.

6. General Terms
Availability:
All promotional items, including the World Cup 2026 VIP Gift Sets, are subject to availability and will be distributed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited stock availability.

Final Authority:
Connexus Travel reserves the right to verify the validity of all bookings, referrals, and new account openings.

Connexus Travel retains the right to make the final decision regarding qualification, eligibility, and the resolution of any disputes arising from these promotional offers.
