90-day: 100% Fee-Free Business Hotel Bookings
‍Connexus Travel Limited (“Connexus”) is offering new corporate clients a waiver of hotel booking fees for their first 90 days (the “Offer”).

To qualify, clients must complete onboarding and make a first booking that combines both a flight and a hotel in a single transaction, using an eligible Mastercard. Full terms and conditions are set out below.

‍Eligibility & Promotion Period
The Offer applies to all corporate clients onboarding with Connexus who utilise Mastercard cards issued in the following Asia Pacific     markets: Hong Kong, Macau, Greater China, Taiwan.

This Offer is valid exclusively for new corporate clients onboarding with Connexus. It applies from the date of commencement of the promotion and will not be     applied retroactively to existing accounts or prior transactions.
   
     The deadline for Offer redemption is 31 December 2027.
Registration forms submitted or accounts finalised after this date will not be eligible for the promotion.
   
     The Offer is only valid for qualifying business travel bookings that include both flights and hotels within the same booking/transaction, which means a single combined booking submitted and     paid for in one transaction record on the Connexus booking platform; flights and hotels booked separately, even if made on the same day or     during the same client session, do not qualify unless processed as one combined transaction. The Offer cannot be applied to standalone hotel booking.

‍Offer Mechanics & Usage
‍To redeem the Offer, eligible clients must complete the following steps:
●     Step 1: Fill out and submit the official registration form on the dedicated campaign landing page.
●     Step 2: Successfully set up a corporate account with Connexus, which Connexus will confirm in writing once approved.
● Step 3: Make the first qualifying business travel transaction (combined flight and hotel booking) using an eligible Mastercard.

5. Once the client's corporate account has been set up, the benefit is valid for a period of 90 days, counting from the exact date the client makes their first qualifying corporate travel booking (combined flight and hotel). The waiver applies to the Connexus hotel booking fee only. It does not cover the hotel room rate, taxes, or third-party charges. After 90 days, standard hotel booking fees may apply.

6. The Offer can only be activated once per newly onboarded corporate account, meaning each account is entitled to a single 90-day fee waiver period as described above. This does not limit the number of qualifying bookings made within that 90-day period, which remains unlimited. The fee waiver is strictly non-transferable to other accounts, corporate entities, or unrelated transactions.

‍Data Privacy & PersonalInformation
7. All personal information submitted viathe campaign registration form belongs to Connexus and will be securely storedwithin our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

8. By submitting the form, the user provides explicit consent for Connexus to contact them via email and/or telephone to set up the corporate account and to facilitate the fulfilment of the Offer.

9. Users retain the right to request access to their personal data, or to request that their information be retracted or deleted from our systems at anytime, by contacting Connexus directly.

‍Exclusions & Restrictions
‍10. The Offer cannot be exchanged forcash, credits, or other alternatives. It cannot be used in conjunction with anyother ongoing promotions, offers, coupons, or vouchers.
11. Connexus reserves the right toimmediately withdraw offer eligibility if a user or organisation does notqualify for a corporate account opening or is found to have misused, abused, ormanipulated the promotion, incentive mechanics, or booking process.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall begoverned by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SpecialAdministrative Region. The parties agree to submit to the exclusivejurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong in relation to any dispute arising outof or in connection with this Offer.  
‍MastercardTerms and Conditions
16. The corporate travel and booking services offered under this promotion areprovided solely by Connexus, under such terms and conditions as determined byConnexus. Mastercard accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with theseservices. Mastercard’s decision on all matters relating to card eligibility andthe Promotion framework is final and binding on the cardholder.
